Do not drink WHAT ?

One of my favorite places to shop is the Habitat for Humanity Store here in Springfield.

Think of it as "no expectations shopping".

You never know what you'll find there.

Their stock is always changing based on what is donated.

If you're remodeling your home, replacing usable appliances, etc. please look into donating to this charity. Their website is at
www.habitatsangamon.com

4/6/08 Update:
The Habitat for Humanity re-store has a new location.

RESTORE, which sells flooring, carpeting, building supplies and other goods for Habitat for Humanity of Sangamon County, is moving to a new facility at 1514 W. Jefferson St. as of April 1, 2008.

Hours at the new location are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday
and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
Their phone number is 523-2710.
Quoted from an article in the SJ-R at:

-----------

I had to giggle when I found this item for the garden at the old restore location.

Note the warning "Do not drink".

Is this really an issue that comes up in real life?

Do people think "liquified worm poop, I wonder what that tastes like"?

"It's gotta be better than diet pop"

The website for this item is:

  1. I'm thinking this may be something TerraCycle needs to do by law. Especially since it comes in what people would consider drink containers. And actually yes over the years I have read of people doing many things with products that you would think they wouldn't out of common sense. So drinking worm waste might be on the agenda for some.
