I'm sure I'm not the first person to cook eggs in a waffle iron.
I really like how the egg whites get crispy in the waffle squares.

The other day I noticed that the 2 eggs didn't fill the waffle compartments, so I added some blueberry pancake/waffle batter around the eggs.
(I'm told that waffle batter has more oil than pancake batter.)
If you try this, be sure to spray the waffle iron with non-stick spray before adding the eggs and batter to the waffle iron.

My favorite beverage these days are "Naked Fruit" drinks that are being sold at Walmart, Sam's Club, County Market, etc.
Different stores carry different flavors and sizes.

I wish Sam's Club would carry the Green Machine flavor.

I've read that Starbucks is carrying these fruit drinks, but I haven't checked.

My favorites are the Protein Zone (tastes like a pina colada minus the booze), Power C, Tropical Mango, Pomegranate Blueberry and Green Machine. Sometimes I'll mix them and also add water. These are great smoothie mixes. Just add ice to the juice and blend away.
The fantastic thing is that they don't have high fructose corn syrup, nutrasweet, spenda or other "yucky stuff". Not even added sugar!

One thing to try would be to mix the Protein Zone and the Pomegranate Blueberry drinks in an ice cream maker. I think that could be amazing.

The Green Machine has the most extreme ingredients of the selection, but it tastes more like apple juice than anything else.

apple and pear juice blend, pineapple juice, mango puree, kiwifruit puree, banana puree with powdered spirulina, chlorella, brocolli, green tea extract, spinach, barley grass, wheat grass, blue green algae, echinacea purpurea extract, odorless garlic
