Update: (7/8/2007) The SJ-R featured Humphrey's Market in the July 5, 2007 edition of the Springfield Business News. Humphrey's is planning on opening a pizza restaurant at the former Mr. Fresh's on S. 15th street. I hear the scheduled date for the grand opening is in September.
Quote from the publication "Pizza will be made from scratch and cooked in stone ovens. The pizza recipe will be a "little bit Chicago, a little bit New York and a little us - Springfield" Henry Jr. explains. There will also be pasta, salad, sandwiches and dessert."
The Good Eats show on the Food Network hosted by Alton Brown featured an episode on sushi. Check this page to see when this episode is schedule to air next.

I was taking pictures of the election signs at Washington Park and was delighted to see that the electric car owner parked nearby. I didn't get a chance to talk to him though.

The Nov 13, 2008 Illinois Times ran an article on this car.
